If you're anything like me, you probably cherish that morning cup of coffee. It's my daily source of comfort and the perfect way to kick off my day. I've had clients inquire, "Do I need to give up my coffee, latte, or beloved daily treat?" Absolutely not! I do recommend opting for a more natural choice whenever possible. However, I understand the joy of indulging, and if that one item is non-negotiable for you, I suggest holding onto your love for coffee while focusing on improving other aspects of your lifestyle.

Joe can enjoy some advantages. Did you know that coffee can reduce the chances of developing liver disease? The darker the roast, the more beneficial it is. The closer to its natural state, the greater the benefits. I personally prefer adding milk or creamer to my coffee, acknowledging that I am not a fan of black coffee. As my father often says, "Do what you can, when you can."

Curious about the connection between coffee and liver health? In simple terms, coffee contains antioxidants that can reduce liver inflammation. Research suggests that consuming around 3 cups a day can have positive effects. For further information on improving liver health through dietary changes, reach out to Nautical Nutrition.
